Know Before You “Go”

Getting excited about the first ever virtual Uniting for Hope National Conference on September 29 – October 2? We sure are! Here are a few helpful tips before we’re off and running!

Check out the agenda

It’s a packed four days, and we want to make sure you don’t miss a single thing! All sessions will be recorded for later viewing, but there are some live elements you may want to catch as they’re happening. Make sure to read the agenda in advance, and note the times for each interactive session that’s important to you, to connect with others in the community!

Submit your questions in advance (Deadline September 24)

Have questions you’d like our experts to weigh in on? Submit them by Thursday, September 24 at 11:59pm EDT. We can’t promise we’ll get to them all, but we’ll try! Please remember that experts cannot make personal recommendations for treatment or provide medical advice. Submit your questions here!

Sign up for virtual meetups (Deadline September 24)

We have many virtual meet-up sessions scheduled, and if you want to participate, you’ll need to register by Thursday, September 24 at 11:59pm EDT. Topics including Caregivers, COVID-19 Concerns, For Newcomers, LGBTQ, Newly Diagnosed, Under 40, and many more. Register for your virtual meetups now!

Networking in the lobby (Download Chrome browser)

Each day from 11pm-12pm EDT, you’ll have an opportunity to say hello and catch up with your teal friends via video chat. More details will be provided at the conference. This networking hour is Chrome browser specific, so if you don’t have the Chrome browser already installed, please do so before the event begins. Download Chrome.

Don’t forget the fun stuff!

Download your custom Zoom background

There are many interactive sessions during the conference – informational meet-ups, networking hours, and of course our Teal Takeover Party!
