Who should attend the National Conference?
Uniting for Hope: OCRA’s Ovarian Cancer National Conference is the largest and longest running conference devoted to ovarian cancer survivors. It brings together patients, caregivers, survivors, advocates and friends to learn about the latest developments in research, diagnosis, treatment and quality of life for women with ovarian cancer. All members of the ovarian cancer community are welcome. Opportunities are also available for exhibiting and sponsorship.

Where is the National Conference located?
While we will miss seeing everyone in person, because of the global pandemic and various travel restrictions, we made the difficult decision to pivot this year’s event to a virtual conference. Now everyone can join!
What is the refund policy?
We understand things come up and plans change. We are happy to honor full refunds for the 2020 National Conference up until August 31, 2020.
Are there scholarships available?
Since we are virtual this year and attendees won’t have to incur the travel expenses to attend, we are not providing scholarships. However, we have significantly reduced this year’s registration fee which we hope will enable more people to join.
Are there opportunities for my company to promote a product or service, or support the Conference?
OCRA’s National Conference is the perfect opportunity for your company/organization to connect with hundreds of ovarian cancer survivors and caregivers across the country and around the world through sponsorship and/or our virtual Expo. Sponsors receive logo and/or name recognition as a conference supporter on the OCRA website and conference marketing materials along with recognition throughout the event. Sponsors also receive a branded virtual exhibit booth where you will have an opportunity to provide digital collateral for download, video messaging about your company/organization, and links to your website and/or e-commerce pages. You will also have the opportunity to interact with attendees via chat and live feed. Can my company/organization exhibit without being a sponsor?
Yes, you can choose to sign-up for a branded virtual exhibit booth without the larger financial commitment of sponsorship (exhibit fees still apply). Are there opportunities for my company to host a special virtual event in coordination with the National Conference?

All attendees, including sponsors and exhibitors, agree that any special events (e.g. organized social events, programs or seminars during or within two days before or after the conference dates) must be arranged in consultation with Ovarian Cancer Research Alliance and receive prior written approval. Each special event request will be evaluated to determine whether it complies with the policies of Ovarian Cancer Research Alliance as well as the goals of the Ovarian Cancer National Conference. Requests to host virtual events concurrently with conference programming will be denied.
