Updated Patient Resources for Ovarian Cancer from the National Comprehensive Cancer Network

(July 31, 2017) The National Comprehensive Cancer Network (NCCN), has updated and published guidelines for patients with ovarian cancer. There are two parts to the resource guide: The Guidelines for Patients and Quick Guides. The NCCN Guidelines for Patients is an in depth look at topics such as testing, stages of cancer, and treatments. There are also two Quick Guides, one for treatment planning and one for treatment options. Each Quick Guide is two pages, hitting only the highlights of the Guidelines booklet on those specific topics. Also included in their resources is a link to advocacy and support groups, such as FORCE (Facing Our Risk of Cancer Empowered) and Patient Access Network (PAN) Foundation.

All are available online or available for download from the NCCN website.
