Joyce F. Liu, MD, MPH is an Associate Professor of Medicine at Dana Farber Cancer Institute (DFCI) and Harvard Medical School, where she is a medical oncologist specializing in gynecologic cancers. She is the Associate Chief and Director of Clinical Research for the Division of Gynecologic Oncology at DFCI and the Associate Clinical Research Officer for DFCI.  Dr. Liu received her MD from Harvard Medical School and her MPH from the Harvard School of Public Health and completed her medical oncology fellowship at DFCI.

Dr. Liu’s research focuses on identifying and validating novel therapies for gynecologic cancers.  She has led multiple clinical trials ranging from first-in-human trials of novel agents to international Phase 3 studies.  She has received grant support from the National Cancer Institute, the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO), the American Association for Cancer Research (AACR), and the Ovarian Cancer Research Fund Alliance. She is the vice chair of the NRG Ovarian Cancer Subcommittee, a member of the NRG Developmental Therapeutics Committee, a member of the NCCN Ovarian Cancel Panel, and has served on several ASCO guideline committees.
