Duga-Carroll is a results-oriented senior level global communications executive with a proven track record of leadership, achievement and delivery in fast-moving, competitive markets. She is CEO of ADC Strategic Communications, and in May 2023, joined OCRA as a consultant, leading OCRA’s communications and marketing initiatives. Recognized for strategic brand launches and stewardship; developing successful public relations campaigns that move the needle on a brand’s business objectives, as well as strategies that tap into new industries and uncharted waters. She is a former reporter with a keen sense of news value; a professional media trainer, seasoned on-camera spokesperson and an expert in crisis communications.

  • Selected as Vice President of Communications for Vassar College after a national search. Credited with enacting enormous change in the Communications Department, inclusive of a widely praised College branding initiative; the creation of a division with the sole focus of getting exposure for Vassar’s faculty; a full re-imagining of the College’s web presence; dramatic expansion of the College’s social media presence and establishment of a strong crisis communications strategy.
  • Fast-tracked at Rubenstein Communications, Inc. going from Senior Account Executive to Executive Vice President, becoming the youngest member of the company’s management team. Successfully managed portfolio of blue-chip clients that have included BMW, MINI, Rolls-Royce, American Express, United Airlines, the Magazine Publishers of America and others.
  • Was named first Director of Media Services for the New York City Housing Police and was instrumental in the creation of the first full communications division for the 12th largest police department in the country.

 Duga-Carroll is the mother of two grown sons, and lives with her husband, two cats and two dogs in New York.
