Brian Phair 

Brian Phair is OCRA’s Director, Donor Relations, and joined the team in April 2022. Brian oversees the daily operations of the development department with a focus on individual giving stewardship, including direct mail and the recurring and planned giving programs.

Prior to joining OCRA, Brian spent 12 years working with nonprofits throughout the Boston area focusing primarily on fundraising and program management. He also spent more than two years working in higher education, specifically alumni relations and development.

Brian graduated from the University of Connecticut with a B.A. in Sociology and lives in Massachusetts with his wife and two daughters.
