Manager, Programs

Emily Rakos is OCRA’s Manager, Programs. Emily joined OCRA in May 2022. Emily supports all OCRA programs, including Policy and Advocacy, Survivor Support, and Grants Management. Prior to joining OCRA, Emily spent three years in operations and program delivery at Year Up New York | New Jersey, a workforce development nonprofit. She graduated from William & Mary in Williamsburg, VA with a B.A. in Sociology and Public Policy and lives in New York City.
