Expressive Arts: Art from the Heart

Expressive Arts is an online support group that combines a themed creative therapeutic activity with open discussion, providing an opportunity to explore, create and share.

In this session, themed Art from the Heart, participants will create a heart filled with memories of experiences of love throughout their lives, and come away from the session with a treasure to frame, or a gift to give to someone close to their heart.

Project supplies are mailed in advance of each session, so be sure to register early.
