Wrapped in Love
Wrapped in Love is an online retailer dedicated to creating clothing and accessories that bring comfort, style and dignity to those facing cancer, from treatment through recovery. Wrapped in Love sells a collection of soft and soothing recovery items made in the USA, including headwear for hair loss and chemo comfortable clothing, designed to uplift and support individuals during their most challenging times. Motivated by the loss of a family member, Wrapped in Love founder Karen Mac Donald, collaborated with multiple Emmy Award-winning talk show host, producer, New York Times Best Selling Author and actress Kelly Ripa, a long-time OCRA supporter, to design a limited-edition teal knee sock in support of Ovarian Cancer Awareness Month. Socks will retail for $20 a pair and 100% of every sale will be donated directly to OCRA in support of our mission.
Newk's
Founded in 2004, Newk’s Eatery is a restaurant brand based in Jackson, MS. It currently operates and franchises more than 100 restaurants in 13 states. Chris and Lori Newcomb, the founders, started Newk’s Cares—an ovarian cancer awareness movement with a mission to improve early diagnoses for all women—in 2014, one year after Lori was diagnosed with late-stage ovarian cancer.
In 2016, Newk’s Eatery united guests, partners, and patrons in an effort to raise money for research through OCRA. Newk’s “went teal,” switching out their signature black cups for teal ones, as well as permanently replacing the brand’s traditional red straws with teal straws. Newk’s also unveiled “Newk’s Cares” water bottles—replacements for Newk’s 2-O water bottles. 10 cents from every water bottle sold year-round is donated to OCRA, giving diners a chance to join the fight against ovarian and related gynecologic cancers 365 days a year. Lori Newcomb tragically passed away in 2019. Newk’s Cares has since raised nearly $500,000 for ovarian and related gynecologic cancers research.
Marlyn Schiff
As her mother, Suzan, bravely battled ovarian cancer, Marlyn Schiff vowed that she would carry on her fight with passion, tenacity, and love. Fulfilling her promise, Marlyn’s company offers a unique Teal to Heal jewelry collection in her mother’s honor, incorporating teal tones representing the battle against ovarian and related gynecologic cancers. Fifty percent of every online purchase from the collection is donated to OCRA.
Just One Miracle
Just One Miracle prints and sells note cards to raise funds to support ovarian and related gynecologic cancer research. The company was founded by Alison Walsh in 2000 as part of her fight against ovarian cancer. More than 50 original seasonal flower and wildlife card designs, most designed by Alison herself, are available.
One hundred percent of JOM profits (about $8.00 per box) is donated to OCRA. Since 2000, Just One Miracle has raised and donated over $175,000 to OCRA.
Seek & Swoon
Seek & Swoon’s beautiful knit throw blankets are all about inspiration, and their Hope Throw is no exception—the gorgeous teal and white color will brighten any room. Ten dollars from the sale of every teal Hope Throw is donated to OCRA, bringing us closer to a cure for ovarian and related gynecologic cancers one purchase at a time.
Revive Jewelry
Designer Nikki Zazzali, founder of Revive Jewelry, created the Ovarian Cancer Collection so customers can display their support wherever they go. Each handmade piece is inspired by cell images of ovarian cancer. For each piece of jewelry sold, 10% of gross profit is donated to OCRA.
