April is a full month at OCRA, with several new programs joining our ongoing lineup of workshops, educational sessions, and community events. Whether you’re looking for practical guidance, clinical information, or simply a chance to connect and create, there’s something here for you.
New and Expanded Programs
Advanced Care Planning Workshop Series
April 6, 13, and 20 from 2-3 pm ET.
We’re launching a new three-part virtual workshop series focused on advanced care planning—designed to help patients navigate medical, legal, financial, and end-of-life planning with clarity and confidence. Sessions are designed to be practical, interactive, and empowering. You’re welcome to join one or all three based on your needs. Learn more and register here.
Staying Current: Endometrial Cancer
Next session: April 7 from 11-12pm ET. Register here.
Our Staying Current series is expanding to include a new session on endometrial cancer treatment, joining existing sessions for newly diagnosed, recurrent platinum-sensitive and platinum-resistant ovarian cancer. Sessions are interactive, and questions can be submitted in advance.
April Roundtable: Sexual Health
April 22 from 12-1pm ET. Register here.
Our monthly roundtable will focus on sexual health during and after a gynecologic cancer diagnosis. The open discussion will cover physical and emotional changes, communication with partners and care teams, shifts in self-image and libido, and strategies for intimacy—including how to de-stigmatize these conversations altogether.
Webinar: Ask the Experts—Navigating Testing
April 29 at 1pm ET. Register here.
Join a one-hour, live discussion with Mollie Aidasani, AOCNP-BC, who will answer your important questions about gynecologic cancer testing—from blood tests, to biomarkers and genomic testing, to genetic testing and even imaging. Bring your questions—whether you’re newly diagnosed, in surveillance, or a survivor.
