Teal Tea Luncheon
In September, a group of ladies from Collierville, TN hosted their first Teal Tea Luncheon to support the Ovarian Cancer National Alliance. The community event included tea, lunch and speaker Susan Leighton who spoke about the signs and symptoms of ovarian cancer. At the luncheon, they hosted a silent auction with donations from the community. They successfully raised over $2,500! They are working to become a full-fledged ovarian cancer support organization and look forward to making it an annual event.
