OCRA Rivkin Family SummeRun Raises Over $320,000 for Research

More than 900 participants gathered at Seattle’s Seward Park for the Ovarian Cancer Research Alliance (OCRA) Rivkin Family SummeRun, raising more than $320,000 to advance innovative ovarian cancer research.

Now in its 32nd year, the beloved 5K run/walk brought together survivors, families, friends, and supporters—all united in the mission to end ovarian cancer. Funds raised benefit Rivkin Pilot Grants, continuing the Rivkin Center for Ovarian Cancer Research’s legacy of hope, determination, and pursuit of a cure. The Rivkin Center joined the OCRA family in April 2025.

KJZO-TV FOX 13 Seattle and KIRO-TV 7 (CBS) captured the spirit of the day with live broadcasts and news segments that gave viewers a first-hand look at the event and its impact. Read more and watch a video of the event.
