Hosted by OCRA Oncology Social Work Intern, Bridget Gabbe, the first two sessions will focus on meditation. The last two will incorporate aspects of Pilates to further connect with the body through low-impact exercises with an emphasis on breath work.

This group is offered for those diagnosed with ovarian and gynecologic cancers. Registration is required.
