Allison Ramiller

Allison Ramiller is the Senior Director of OCRA’s Living Lab registry, overseeing operations and strategic growth. She holds a Master of Public Health from UC Berkeley with training in epidemiology, statistics, and health equity, and has spent her career creating and scaling programs at the intersection of science, people, and policy.

Prior to joining OCRA, Allison led innovation competition design at the XPRIZE Foundation, engaging with complex technological, regulatory, and social challenges across health and emerging technology domains. Earlier in her career, she launched a patient registry for ME/CFS and long COVID and grew it to over 5,000 participants. She also worked as an independent consultant, supporting clients in clinical trial planning and execution across a range of treatment modalities.

Though her career has long centered on women’s health, chronic disease, and cancer, her commitment to the Living Lab is deeply personal. Her mother was diagnosed with ovarian cancer in 2017. After several recurrences and exhausting standard treatments, the family found some success with experimental therapies before losing her in 2020 — an experience that drives Allison’s passion for unlocking the data needed to improve outcomes for all gynecologic cancer patients. She served as an OCRA Advocate Leader from 2021–2023.
