Every 23 minutes, someone is diagnosed with ovarian cancer in the United States. And there are approximately 230,000 people in this country who are living with this disease and all that it entails. Although scientists are making progress every day, ovarian cancer remains the number one cause of gynecologic cancer death.
We need your help in raising awareness of this disease, and in raising funds for research that can bring forth better treatments and ultimately a cure.
So we’re asking our community to join together in The ‘23 for Hope’ Challenge: do 23 minutes of fitness — walking, yoga, dance, biking, swimming, hula hoop, bouncing on a pogo stick, the possibilities are endless! — pledge $23 in support, and then challenge 23 of your friends and family to do the same.
