Fitness & Fight Virginia Beach is back in Fall 2023, and we want to see you there! Join us for a fun, inspiring and impactful fitness + fundraising event that will make a real difference in the lives of those touched by ovarian cancer.
Power Hour and Self Defense classes will be held at both 8:30am and 9:45am. Whether you work out regularly or never hit the gym, you’ll have fun in these classes and rally with the community for an important cause. Choose your class and your time, and register today!
