The 2nd Annual River of Teal can be viewed from any public space along Manhattan’s west side, and is hosted by Never Enough Boating, LLC in honor of Jordan Duran.
This is a free, awareness-first event open to the public. There is no formal gathering location—participants are encouraged to join by boat, from land, or virtually. RSVP is requested but not required.
