The bipartisan Clinical Trial Modernization Act has been reintroduced in Congress, and OCRA is urging lawmakers to support this important legislation. The bill would help make clinical trials more accessible by reducing financial barriers, expanding remote participation, increasing outreach and education, and protecting patients from financial harm.
