OCRA’s Center for Public Policy helped bring this legislation together, and we need you to add your voice! The bipartisan Ovarian Cancer Improving and Modernizing Prevention, Access, Care, and Testing (IMPACT) Act would expand access to genetic testing and counseling, cancer prevention and risk reduction, and specialized gynecologic cancer care, especially for people in rural and underserved communities.
The bipartisan Clinical Trial Modernization Act has been reintroduced in Congress, and OCRA is urging lawmakers to support this important legislation. The bill would help make clinical trials more accessible by reducing financial barriers, expanding remote participation, increasing outreach and education, and protecting patients from financial harm.
