Ovarian Cancer Research Alliance (OCRA) invites you to join our upcoming Ask the Experts webinar focused on gynecologic clear cell carcinoma, a rare subtype of gynecologic cancer. This live, interactive session will feature gynecologic oncologist Aaron Praiss, MD, who will discuss current research, treatment approaches, and survivorship considerations.

This session is open to all. Participants may submit questions in advance or ask them live during the webinar. The session will be recorded and made available for replay.

The webinar will be moderated by Liza Lundgren, LCSW, OCRA’s Director of Education.

Dr. Aaron Praiss is a gynecologic oncologist and assistant attending surgeon at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York City. He completed medical school at Albert Einstein College of Medicine, his Obstetrics & Gynecology residency at Columbia University New York-Presbyterian Hospital, and his gynecologic oncology fellowship at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.

Dr. Praiss has a particular research interest and surgical expertise in treating patients with ovarian cancer. He has published several papers on surgical outcomes for patients undergoing cytoreductive surgery and is currently researching novel surgical techniques, including Hyperthermic Intraperitoneal Chemotherapy (HIPEC). His work focuses on improving treatment outcomes and quality of life for patients undergoing surgery and chemotherapy.
