If you’ve ever wanted to join us for Spring Advocacy Day, but couldn’t make it to Capitol Hill, now is your chance!
Every spring, we bring together survivors, caregivers and supporters in Washington, D.C., to advocate for issues important to the ovarian cancer community. It’s a rare opportunity to communicate directly with your Members of Congress to share your story, and advocate for federal funding for ovarian cancer research and education programs.
Advocacy Day will be virtual this year, and with your help, we’re poised to reach more legislators about ovarian cancer issues than ever before.
Whether you’re an experienced advocate, or have never participated, your voice will make a difference! Training will take place on March 8th, and virtual meetings with your members of Congress will be scheduled for March 9th.
Now is an especially critical time for ovarian cancer priorities, with a new Congress and new administration. Ovarian cancer needs support from all fronts, and federal funding for research and education programs are crucial to keeping the wheels of progress in motion.
This is YOUR chance to ensure that the voices of ovarian cancer are heard at the highest levels—without ever leaving home. Registration ends on February 5, and space is limited.
