The first featured chef is Carolyn Stromberg of Righteous Cheese at Union Market. At her shop, you can find an assortment of delicacies from Manchester, Raclette, Harbison, Brie, and much, much more. Chef Stromberg is native to Buffalo, New York and founded Righteous Cheese in the fall of 2012. Come learn more about her and try some of the delectable Righteous Cheese.
