Ovarian Cancer Research Alliance (OCRA) is the world’s largest organization combating ovarian and all gynecologic cancers through groundbreaking research, impactful advocacy, and unparalleled patient support while forging new paths in prevention, education, and awareness.
Here’s just a snapshot of what OCRA’s supporters helped us achieve this year:
- Remarkable growth: With the additions of The Clearity Foundation and the Rivkin Center for Ovarian Cancer Research, we are reaching more patients with vital support, and continuing to advance early-stage research.
- Launching a first-of-its-kind global effort to improve survival: With partners in the U.K., Australia, and Canada, we are collaborating on a game-changing $1 million AI Accelerator Grant—with an additional $1 million in compute support from Microsoft’s AI for Good Lab—to supercharge the next cancer research breakthrough.
- Introducing the upcoming Community Accelerated Research Exchange: A bold new global AI-powered data initiative that will bring together patients, advocates, researchers, and clinicians to transform research and accelerate discovery.
- Funding more research and reaching more patients than ever before: In 2025, we invested more than $10.8 million toward scientific research—part of our $14.5 million commitment to strengthen the community through research, patient support, education and advocacy. Our expanded programs and resources, including peer mentoring, oncology counseling, genetic testing, education, and support programs, continue to grow in impact and scale.
